How quickly can you start?
I'm available now. Once we've agreed scope and terms, I can usually start soon after. Tell me your timescales and I'll be straight with you.
Do you work on-site?
Yes: remote, on-site or hybrid. I'm based in Birmingham and work anywhere in the UK, and across Europe by arrangement.
Can you work alongside our team and suppliers?
Yes. Most of my work is alongside internal teams and third-party suppliers. I fit into your ways of working and tooling.
Is it always you, or do you bring in others?
Usually it's me, hands-on. I work independently, so if the work needs more hands I can bring in people I trust, and we'll agree that with you up front.
Will we be dependent on you afterwards?
No. Documentation, handover and training are built into everything I do. The goal is a team that can run the system without me.
Do you only do AI work?
No. Much of my work is core architecture, infrastructure and security: ERP, warehouse and EDI integrations, cloud and hybrid platforms, and hardening and incident response.
